Work is not supposed to be fun. Work is supposed to be serious business.

That’s what I keep telling myself these days because work is becoming less and and less fun by the day.

I love the people I work with — but a few people who deem themselves to be powerful are making it difficult to love the work these days.

I guess I should just think about my mortgage.

Fun. No fun. The mortgage stands.

So there’s that.

But what kind of life would that be — working solely to fulfill financial obligations?

I hope the leaders of the company know what they’re transforming their company into.
