I am beginning to submit to the realization that I cannot be held accountable and responsible for other people’s incompetence and irresponsibility.

It’s too stressful to always be covering up for the misgivings and incompetence of other people.

From now on, I can only focus on my performance — so long as I am giving my utmost and my best, that will be the sole measure I should be measured against.
